Again, we need to update the banner atop this website.  I want to see a ton of sexy new banner submissions by April 18th.  One of those submitted banners will be chosen to replace the current one, and the winner will recieve $20K.

The restrictions are:

- No taller than 80 pixels
- Must say "Black Dragon Empire"
- Must be sexy

Looks like when you uploaded that screenshot to imageshack, you did it as a JPG, while the image itself is a PNG.  If you'll upload it again as a PNG, I'll crop it for you.

Hey Blawk, to me it seems like it would be good to keep it in very neutral colors... The one right now is basic, but it DOES fit in with the rest of the forums.

The animation/image editing was all done with an old version of Photoshop, Photoshop CS3, Photoshop CS3 is capable of producing animations files, unlike previous versions like Photoshop CS2, Photoshop CS2 required Adobe ImageReady CS2 to make animations with different layers.
I'm still learning about the latest version of Photoshop CS4  :-\
