The story is kind of a Doctor Who fan-fiction. I was inspired to write it by a friend of mine who is writing one of his own. He asked me if he could include me as a character so I came up with an entire backstory leading up to the moment his story begins. Once he has finished writing his I will include it here as part of the story (I will also give him credit.) And after that I may continue writing from where it leaves off. As of yet He hasn't finished writing his so it stops with what I've written here for now. Let me know if you think it needs improvement. I would appreciate it.

I don't know much about Doctor Who, but mechanically your writing seems fine. Although, I'm a little skeptical about the new character also being a Timelord. It sounds like they were wiped out when a planet blew up and one shows up and The Doctor simply accepts his explaination without any sort of proof. Unless no one but a Timelord would know about that, then it's alright.

Well my character did show him that he had a TARDIS, and my character knew about The Great Time War. (When the planet blew up as you put it...by the way the planet was called Gallifrey.) And the only two alien species that would know about the war would be either a Timelord or a Dalek, and my character is obviously not a Dalek.

Also The Doctor has accepted the idea of other people being Timelords with very little proof being provided. One example would be:

In the movie "The Next Doctor" The Doctor is convinced that a man is a future incarnation of himself simply because the guy acts like The Doctor.

Sometimes The Doctor can be pretty easy to convince I suppose...besides he's been led to believe that he's  the last of his kind all this time he's probably eager to believe he's not really alone.

What is a TARDIS and what is a Dalek? Like I said I don't really know much about Doctor Who.

...Well, you got the basics.

A Dalek is an alien from a planet called Skaro. The inhabitants of that planet are called Kaled. Which are actually supposed to be peaceful if I remember correctly, but some of the Kaled are taken and have all emotions wiped from their minds except hate. They are then put into the metal "robotic" shell and called Daleks. (Also Dalek is an acronym for Kaled, which explains why they are called Daleks.)

The TARDIS is a time machine that is bigger on the inside. It is not really a "Phonebooth" it is only disguised as one. The TARDIS has the ability to disguise itself as an object nearby where it lands so it doesn't draw suspicion by looking out of place, but The Doctor's TARDIS has a problem with it's disguise mechanism so it is stuck with the appearance of a phonebooth permanently.
