"Small pockets of gunfire resounded across the city, signifying the beginnings of the evening's engagements. The fading sunlight left a orange tint upon the streetscape, a fact not lost upon the lone Black Dragon Agent who sprinted across the open ground, an AKM gripped tight in his leather-gloved hands. Marvelling at the wondrous site was not a task meant for combat scenarios.

Reaching the cover of a marble pillar, the figure paused, back to the cold stone, taking breaths that sounded almost inhuman beneath the gas mask which adorned the face of all Black Dragon members. Cracks suddenly appearing in the pavement beside the post told him that his position was no longer safe; the Ascending Dawn sniper who had chased him these past few days was close by, keen to put a bullet in his head.

That, he could not allow."

I don't even have a clue on how to solve it.

It's pretty easy, took me all of ten minutes to break it.

Even a rudimentary knowledge of ciphers will allow you to decode it, just spend some time at it ad you'll get it.

If you do get it though, don't post the answer, or hints, it would ruin the fun for everyone else.
