parents were 7 years apart. my dad started dating my mom when she was 16.

And my mom and her fiance are 11 years apart.

and my mum and dad had a big difference too, my dad was 41 and my mom was 32. Minus 17.. that's like 15 and 24. 24 - 15 = 9 year difference.
