Cleaning

 The forum will be undergoing maintenance as things progress forward. SMF2 is a little buggy on our forum, and I will be working to iron out some of those bugs, and to restore the forum to a similar and familiar home for us to the one that we used to have.

Crazy, my face (or at least my nose/cheeks) are always red. And trust me, I'm rather meticulous when it comes to my face. I do use several (natural) products.

I've been off of white flour and sugar for quite a few months now. I also don't ingest corn syrup in any of it's many forms... I also take Omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil, probiotics, and eat a hell of a lot of salad. Oh, and I pretty much don't drink anything except water, kombucha (a Chinese health drink), and water-kiefer (pretty much the same).

In those salads I put in a fair amount of tofu and/or avocado. Or sometimes beans, not refried or any of that ****.
