Cleaning

 The forum will be undergoing maintenance as things progress forward. SMF2 is a little buggy on our forum, and I will be working to iron out some of those bugs, and to restore the forum to a similar and familiar home for us to the one that we used to have.

Its stated we left Nastya's outpost, We are still present in Fairview but have left Nastya's.

Also thats just an intro, it is shown through the notes of a survivor at Nastya's and gives you an idea of whats going on.

DUSK had left due to "problems" in the outpost in terms of leadership struggles among the populace, toward the entire community, slight food shortages (over the time the story takes place and before, less food was found and also the coming of winter meant less food.)
The coming of the "New" infected and their constant assault on the outpost
The sudden appearance of Military outposts positioned around the city, although all have been searched and confirmed deserted.

They believed the spirit of Draconis would lead them to a better place of safety, and security, and so they set off with all possessions. Exactly 2 years later after they find themselves in their new outpost (still gotta decide, where ever you guys want it. its your choice.)


Also Applications may be set now so you can reserve your spot in the story.

I had quite a large and elaborate App written up.

Then I accidently hit the back button on my mouse (its a gaming mouse and one of the buttons is the same as the back button for the browser) and proceeded to loose it all. -.-

Wells since that this topic died a little, ima revive it with a little preview of one of the "creatures" that will be in the story, it will actually have a huge impact on the story too. This is of couse, (Spoiler alert, don't read if you don't wanna be spoiled, you have been warned!)

a Mutation caused by a experimental vaccine created by a ex Secronom Researcher now looking to correct the wrong caused by Secronom and is found by crazyhobo in his lab during one of his raids. Showing some promise to this time of crisis, hobo brings him to DUSK HQ  thus placing him under protective custody, but is extremely vigilant of him. This vaccine is stated to back those who were infected by reversing the effects of Nerotonin-4 if administered on a zombie and eliminating the new strain from the body if infected. It was created prior to the new infecteds sudden appearance, as those who had become infected from these "new" zombies were not able to be cured with Nerotonin-2, and thus died or turned. Unable to be field tested on a infected, it is purposely administered to a person who is infected with the new strain in order to save a life, but instead destroys it, thus halting the spread of the infection but suffering severe consequences, The host undergoes severe pains, vomiting, migraines, then finally the mutation. Rendering them from a human to an abomination appearance, more grotesque than the Behemoth.

This is what the creature would be similar to.

I think I know what that is, and I knew I had seen it somewhere, but didn't know what.

It's that one where they're in the dark room filled with boxes and it like, picks them off one by one, right? I'm fairly sure it was like, 3 or 4 of them (people, not creatures).. maybe it was 1... >.>
Apparently it was a trap she set up, she had infected a dog after transforming, where the dog had the ID Card, possibly it was actually the dog that infected her but we dont know, or was stray in the warehouse.
Got blown to pieces after killing one merc. headed to her hideout as the dog, got killed there, took the form of a cockroach, and apparently when Klaus threw roger on the ground, the roach climbed on him and infected him, but hiding her identity until they were escaping.
