That's a healthy diet your on, only I missed one thing in it: protein. More protein!!! I also take Omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil, probiotics, and eat a hell of a lot of salad. Oh, and I pretty much don't drink anything except water, kombucha (a Chinese health drink), and water-kiefer (pretty much the same).
