"This is a citywide warning to all survivors throughout Nastya's. Due to the bizarre murders that have been occurring within in the past few weeks, and the number of survivors disappearing from various parts of Fairview, the numbers grow daily.
It will come to a time as where Nastya's will no longer prove the safest haven in Fairview. For everyones safety and possible survival of the populace of Nastya's survivors, everybody is to check in with the Moderator team or The Watchers by nightfall everyday.
Any civilian that is caught out of their quarters past Curfew will be placed under arrest and taken in for questioning.
The gates will remain shut preventing anyone from leaving or entering the outpost until this dilemma has been dealt with.
It is believed that the murderer is within our walls somewhere lurking for his next victim. Our watchers are up around the clock observing everything that goes on.
The only exceptions of people or groups entering the outpost during the lockdown are listed below as they are stationed within the inner city.

If you belong to one of these groups and wish to enter Nastya's at the time of the lock down, you will be immediately escorted to Neil but heed this warning, choosing to take this action will prevent you from leaving the outpost until further notice, and you will have to help with the investigation and so on.
This is for everyones safety and these rules will be put into effect within the next nightfall."

Persons selected on the list above, please do not take this a a finger pointed at you, simple questions will be asked, solid answers will be recieved, and investigations will be thorough. When all is revealed to the light, your name will be taken off the list, please arrive at Nastya's gates before nightfall of the lockdown.
However if you fail to show up at the stated time, when the gates lock, a elite squad will be sent into the inner city to find you, if you are found, you will be brought to Nastya's before the Council, and the worst will be assumed.
