The red box is the street it is on and the white building is the wall the door is on itself. It has two windows and the door to barricade, 8+ floors, and is on the very first street of Longarm. Besides that it is easy to get to, and with the Sync being upgraded it wont be hard to escort the lower levels to it. The first time I was there I barricaded it by myself and was on the 8th floor when I was cornered after killing a fat green. I did this when I was still a lvl 27 with nothing but a FORT 500, Saiga 20, and Battle Axe. My loot was a Protecta, MC SA80, Kukri, Saiga 20, high level food and meds, and tons of 12.7 and 7.5. That was about 2 weeks ago, maybe a month, and from what I have heard loot rates were increased. The name is Secronom Apts. I hope I could be of some service to my fellow clanmates after returning from my DF break.
