Alright, got the location.

1. - Location:
Map Link
About halfway between DR and outpost. Just inside first reds territory.

2. - Building Type:
Apartments. Only one spot needed to barricade!

3. - Loot:
Lots. At least 12 (twelve) floors, at least 2 rooms on each floor. I'd give an exact number but I encountered a slight glitch that made my barricade disappear. It's hard to move through that many rooms with zombies chasing you, :p.

Forgot to mention, there are only 4 rooms (Including entrance) on the bottom floor. I have used this spot several times and each time I have only been required to search the bottom floor only for it to be considered secure.
