What you have to do is walk into the barricaded building and then log out. After logging out, log back in and find someone who is in there and tell them to meet you in the MP lobby. From there, you join an MP game with them and the building is now barricaded. You are now safe.
wait, you mean to tell me I can magically teleport through the baricade?
This a glitch or something?
