I've been off of white flour and sugar for quite a few months now. I also don't ingest corn syrup in any of it's many forms... I also take Omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil, probiotics, and eat a hell of a lot of salad. Oh, and I pretty much don't drink anything except water, kombucha (a Chinese health drink), and water-kiefer (pretty much the same).
