James came into the bar followed by a large group of Adren's and fosterns "We will be using the bar as a command centre untill the Emergency is over" James pointed to the far corner "Set up a radio centre there and put someone reliable on it" He pointed to three seperate spots in the room "I want Havy machinegun nests set up there, there...and there" James points to the hallway "Guard post is to be setup outside this room, no unautherised personell to be admited" James spots Ryan sitting down having a drink looking a little bewildered, Ryan, at the moment was an Acting EC member, so even though it was temporary it still left him with the highest rank in the building, technically James did not have to follow his orders since he was Zero and only reported to Flynn and VoraX directly, Ryan was one of his oldest friends, they had gone through alot together, James walked over to his table "Acting Elder Counsel Member Ryan, We are in a state of emergancy, we have reason to believe a large task force of AD troopers are on the way, preperations have been made, you, being the highest ranking member in the building have the right to assume command of operations" James said this in his usual cold, calm, emotionless voice.

As James stood there, still quite pale, Blood could be seen leaking through the bandages around his waist wound, the entire room was in comotion, as Machine gun nests were being set up and snipers rushed through the skylight to get to their posts on the roof.
