When the final stand of a combination of the Marines, the civilians they found and the remnants of a National Guard platoon they'd found earlier that day, Lincoln did his best to run but found himself cornered. Before the zombies dug into him, thankfully, Murdoch managed to arrive upon the scene, rescue Lincoln, and escape the city. Ever since Lincoln swore an oath of brotherhood with his friend and rescuer, and the 2 have been friends since. Lincoln finally made his way to the table and pulled up a chair next to Murdoch.
