I want to know what is the current status of our clan, because theres alot of recruits wanting to join our clan, plus other issues and Jett has not logged in a while now.

I think each clan needs to work on that while each leader converges together to discuss it's plans for it's clan as well as what we will currently be working on in regards to B.D.E. Drag had an excellent idea when he mentioned getting us all together on MSN, the only issue is getting all or most of us together at once. When I first created the BDE, I made it perfectly clear that each clan was to remain autonomous and independant to the degree that each leader continued to run their clan independantly. That wasn't just to convince people to join, it was actually a very important aspect of the BDE. Without a clan system, BDE is only a de facto entity with limited power. However, I've noticed that a great many clans are extremely focused on BDE, rather than on their own particular clan. Most noticeable, BD and AA. I'm probably the worst for this, as I often forget that BD is a clan outside of the BDE. My first official order to the Black Dragon Empire is this: Intrafocus! Build your clan's power, focus on recruiting, get your members active. Without the autonomous clans, BDE cannot exist. We can continue to work on the government itself in the background while your clans continue to grow. |
