The forum will be undergoing maintenance as things progress forward. SMF2 is a little buggy on our forum, and I will be working to iron out some of those bugs, and to restore the forum to a similar and familiar home for us to the one that we used to have.

"We have to stop this bleeding....or else were both sitting ducks" I reach into my bag and pull out some cloth and wrap it tight around my body to slow down the bleeding. "That will have to do for now. We have to get out of here, we can't last much longer." I start running ahead and nearly trip over something. I turn around and look closely at the floor. The carpeting on the floor appears a little higher then the rest. I lift up the end of the carpet to find a secret entrance into what may be an old abandoned basement. I call Dante over to me. "Follow me Dante,were getting out of here!"

As we made our way though the hallway their screams behind us got louder and louder. "We're not going to outrun them and my leg is only getting worse with all this movement." At that moment i heard a gunshot and in that split-second Persona stopped and put his hand over the gunshot that has now started to bleed though his vest.

They come running towards us. With nowhere else to go we have to take our chances facing them head on. We are outnumbered five to two. With Dante's poor condition he is in no shape to be fighting. Not right now. When they are least expecting it we run through them tripping them and knocking them down like bowling pins. "Dante, This way!" We make our way down the hallway as they get back up now angrier than before.

I realize what's going on in time to get inside the window. As the glass breaks from my impact i realize that they must have already killed everyone inside the building cause the walls and floor are stained with blood. Then out of nowhere something lands on me. "Ouch dude you weigh a ton get off me." I then realize that my leg's wound opened up and its bleeding heavily. "We need to find a way out of here now before they find out they find us and close my wound up again while doing so. Now any idea on how to this?" As i finished i heard someone say "We found them on the ground floor! Kill them before they have a chance to evade us again!"

"I'm not arguing with you anymore Dante!" I ran across the room, grab him and jump out the window as the creatures finish breaking into the room and the grenades go off. Blood rains down on top of us as we fall from the third story window. I notice we were falling fast and knew the impact would kill Dante so I had to come up with something to save both of our lives. I notice the flagpole that is flying our clans flag not too far above ground level. I grab the pole but Dante begins slipping and I catch his hand as he falls. "Dante, don't let go!" I scream. "Are you awake? Try to swing yourself through the window here to get back inside and I'll follow you!

The bangs on the door got louder and louder with each punch. it was hard to think with all the noise going on outside the door. "You go without me i'm dead weight like this. You get out of here and just get to safety i'll try to hold them off for as long as i can." I grabbed my grenade belt and layed over top of me. Then suddenly they punched a hole though the door. Persona thought i was insane and didn't want to leave without me. But once i started pulling pins he didn't argue anymore.

I had reported what Dante had told me. When I did the man I had reported to just sat there and sat there as if he were thinking. Then out of nowhere he lunges towards me trying to kill me. He says "YOU MUST BE SILENCED!". The deep inhuman voice let me know that he must of been one of the invaders Dante had told me about. I throw him off of me and get out of there. More of these "creatures" were in pursuit. I ran to mine and Dante's room as the monsters were sidetracked by murdering innocent bystanders. I run in the room and lock the door. "They are coming, and I know that won't keep them out. We have to do something and fast."

"They looked like normal people if it wasn't for the way their voices sounded as they were leaving i would have never known they weren't human. So i think you should report this to someone higher up if posible. For all me know they could be one inside the base walking around as we speak." If only i knew how right i was then cause the next few hours were a living hell for everyone inside our base.

I glance at Dante's belt of grenades. He was right, not a single one was missing. I finally realized that I had been to busy barking orders at my recruit to listen to what he was trying to tell me. I silently swear to myself that I will make sure that all changes. "So you're telling me we may be facing an invasion from an unknown enemy? Exactly what do they look like?"

I wake up a few days after i got out a surgery i still felt like ****. But the doctors make sure that i'm well medicated. "Persona listen i know it sounds crazy but i was attacked by those things out there." i say again but he doesn't want to believe. Persona just keeps talking to me in that same voice as if he thinks i hit my head on something "Look i you weren't alone out there but the facts point to you doing this to yourself." "Ok but what about the other tracks they were hundreds of them correct?" i protest. He just sits there thinking about what i have saying the whole time. "Look i know the facts all point to me causing selfharm, but why i'm not the type to want to kill myself, also all my grenades were still on my belt. So were did it come from?" This seems to have gotten though his thick skull after hours of just sitting here aguring he seems to understand what i've been saying this whole time.

I read the words Dante left for me. ROBOTS, ATTACK, GRENADE. Several questions run through my mind. Had he attacked them first to provoke them? No, he should have known better than that. The word grenade....was it his grenade or one of theirs? It's possible it was his since he was equipped with a few when he ran out there, but that means that he accidentally blew his own leg off. That leaves me with one last question... Who is attacking who? I run back to see if Dante is OK after the surgery but he is still out cold from the anesthesia.

I suddenly wake up in a lit up room hooked up to machines that i've seen others on after a battle. I can't make sense of what's going on, or what what happen that strange night. I try to move but something is really wrong i can't feel my right leg. At that moment Persona walked in and sat next to me. He sits there asking questions like "what happened" and "who did this to you" but i cant speak do to the damn tube that's ran down my throat. I then point to the corner where someone has left a few sheets of paper. He gets up and grabs it for for and pulls out a pen for me to write with. I sit up as far as i can without feeling intense pain throughout my body. I sit there writing slowly cause now i also realize i can't see that well. I write the words ROBOTS, ATTACK, GENADE. Then suddenly everything goes black again after i here a voice say "He's going into shock we need to get him into surgery now."

I hear the yelling from the direction Dante ran in and immediately run towards the sounds. I make my way through the dark forest until I find Dante's mangled body laying against a tree illuminated by the moonlight. His right leg is completely blown off and his body pale. I am able to see all the blood he has lost which was slung across the battlefield presumably by the explosion I had heard just a few moments ago. I also notice the footprints that are out of place. They are not mine or his and distinctly different from the footprints left by our usual armor. I take a moment longer to inspect the footprints.

One night while i was standing guard outside the base i kept hearing strange noises. So i asked my good friend Twilightpersona to take my post while i checked it out. While i was walking though the woods it kept getting louder. Then finally i seen something off in the distance. It was people, or what looked like people. I stoped where i was and yelled "Who are you and what are you all do here?" but not one of them answered. So i moved in to get a better look each one of them was wearing armor and looked like they were going into a war zone. I walked up to one of them and waved my hand in front of his face. He just stood there blankly stairing in the distance. As i was walking around looking at them all i felt something hit my foot. I looked down just in time to see the genade explode. I was sent flying though the air and hit a tree. As i looked up i heard each say at the say time "Enemy base located begin attack." those eerie words repeated over and over as everything went black from the loss of blood.
