Let the walls stand,
Bare - devoid of all,
Color.
Light shines through,
The cracks and crevices,
Shadows trace thin lines,
Outward.
Spirals shift and swarm,
Along dust motes aloft,
Lighter then air,
Gracefully.
Speak not a word,
Lest the silence break,
Like blades of glass,
Sharp as dawn's light.
Abandon the shackles now,
Beholden by the morning's glow,
Scale the promontory's heights,
For therein lies enlightenment.
