How did emotion666, da_gamer, and like 8 unwellknown players get unpermabanned? Me. How did most of the players get unbanned for anything? Me.....sooo Jarki is ****.
Also knowingly dodging a full game ban is kinda taken as a serious offense. Pretty much the only thing that lead to Nuffin's demise. He was knowingly getting on when banned, which was easy since he had a dynamic IP. Which led me to banning Malaysia. sooooooo Ashes pretty much said what I do to get people unbanned. However, none of the mods touch others bans unless told to do so, or they have a strong case. So the best bet would be to go to Xaelath after a few months. So with multiple bans, people just get fed up. So they probably just decided they had enough and banned 'em. Then try to appeal the ban, As gamer did. Become friends with one of the mods closely. But due to jarki's multiple bans it may be hard. Alot of the Ex-mods i know for a fact disliked jarki and the way she posted. So yeah just give it a couple months to cool down then maybe try to get unbanned, doing it before this cooldown time will get you nowhere. Posted by: Genericamel« on: January 05, 2010, 04:37:16 am »I was permabanned, but i found a way to the CB. jarki already did that i wanna say some guys on the ventrilo said they saw her on the CB but i dunno she may be able to overcome her ban one way she can is to change her IP address first of all but second of all she needs to do a manuel change or make and alternative account on a different computer and different IP address. that is the illegal way though if u wanna go down the legal route then you have to appeal it i recomend ether or but that is up to whoever wants to lead this whole thing i am in favor of unbanning jarki purely because i cant stand by and watch a member of dusk be banned for who knows what and on another note if a mod or someone else lets jarki in, she can donate all her weapons to the clan storage as a last resort in getting jarki back, otherwise i am in favor we get jarki back, i have hacked many things before and im sure there is a way around a perma ban yours truely, Genericamel P.S to those of you on suggest getting with ectso i have his toolbar and i have his myspace so if anyone wants me to get with him i can try and speak with him otherwise i have spoken!  I don’t know the full story, what I do know is that Jarki was still on her 60 day ban and shouldn’t be able to antagonize the Mods/AdminPwn unless she communicated with them through other methods.  Rules of DF aren’t infallible, but using convicting evidence from this forum is too trivial to be used for a perma ban, only possible evidence on Jarki was just her usual brazen talk that can’t do any real harm other than denting/inflating a few egos. Unless they have a reason like credit fraud, revealing AdminPwn details or using DF property for making money, there’s room for appeal against the perma ban that happened while she was banned from DF for 60 days. In the end, that’s just my opinion and I don’t intend to get further involved by supporting or going against AdminPwn decision, his choice to listen to some of opinions and not the rest.
