« on: September 14, 2009, 11:23:39 am »My motto has always been quality > quantity. I do not want a lot of **** running around and those that are, I do not want to be mildly retarded. Therefore, starting now, if you run across someone interested in joining Fenrir's Fangs (i.e., through CB, our clan thread, other members, ect) send me a PM via DF. All I want you to include is a link to their profile and any information about them. From there, if they pass the screen test (through myself or an Elder) they will receieve a PM from me that includes the link to our forums and their acceptance into our 2 week trial period.
So, in case you all are wondering what exactly I plan to do, don't worry. I plan to continue following up on flynn's style (making modifications if necessary). I do want to increase our activity and have **** planned for us to do. That said, while still in the works, I want to plan events for every other Sunday night. There will soon be a new section of the forums which will be labeled "Events/Goals." Here, everyone can find current events going on, events coming up, dates, times, and individual/team goals. More information regarding this will be written up within the next week.
Our current agenda includes:
1. Fixing our application process. Introduction of screens and trial tests.
2. Another purging. Inactives will receive PM's via DF. You have 3 days once they are sent out.
3. Brainstorming events, goals, incentives for everyone.
