I've never played Dues Ex, although I've almost bought it a few times. I don't think it looks similar to Watchdogs though. Comparisons have also been made to Assassins Creed even though the game is going to be running on a completely different engine called "Disrupt". However it will also use "Havoc" like Skyrim, Fallout, Etc.
